Time to Consign
Discover the fortune that lies in your closet! RE-RUN accepts a diverse range of women's contemporary and designer pieces such as Country Road, Zara and Witchery all the way to high-end brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci. Not only can you consign fashion apparel, Re-Run also accepts handbags, shoes and other accessories.

PLEASE NOTE: Re-Run accepts items within 2 seasons old, with some exceptions regarding higher end items.

Booking an Appointment
All consignments are by appointment only, in order to give you enough time with our consigners to cover all important contract information and help you set up your account.

You can book online via our website - just head to the "for consigners" tab.
We also take phone bookings or you can enquire through email or private message.

 In preparation for your appointment, please review and ensure that all items are:

- Clean and laundered - no stains, check underarms of items and crotch of pants
- In good condition, no damage and minimal wear, such as no missing buttons, pulls in fabric etc
- Shoes wiped inside and out
- Inside of handbags checked
- Season appropriate

Please bring clothes on hangers, Re-Run will return all hangers to you at the end of your appointment!
Pricing
Our consignment team have comprehensive knowledge about brands and trends that is utilized during the pricing procedure. We undergo extensive research to price items appropriately. Pricing and descriptions can be viewed on your account online.
Commission Split
Consigners receive 50% of selling price (exc. GST), unless an alternate arrangement has been made for items of higher value. 
Consignment Period
Consignments are priced and on the store floor for a period 8 weeks. If Items have not sold after this time, they will remain on the floor for a further 4 weeks at a discounted price, in order to give them the best chance of selling. 
Account Tracking
A username and password will be provided in order to access your account, track your sales and payouts due anywhere at anytime. Consigners must track their own inventory and let staff know when they are ready for a payout. 
Collecting Unsold Items
Unless you have selected to become a charity client, items unsold after the 12 week period are required to be collected within 14 days or your instruction to donate. An sms, email or phone call from our Backroom Department will be sent to advise on items due for collection. Items can be picked up in-store or dropped off to your address for a $5.00 fee. 
Payment
Your credit will update on your account each time an item sells. Cash payouts are available for amounts under $150. Credit can also be redeemed in store. Bank transfer is available for all amounts (upon request only). Bank transfers are issued monthly during the first week.
